Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
Welcome to Dough’n Roll. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of doughnroll.com and your purchase of products or services from Dough’n Roll.
Dough’n Roll is operated by Sourthings LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Dough’n Roll
Dough’n Roll is a small-batch bakery based in Georgetown, Texas.
Certain products may be produced and sold in accordance with applicable Texas cottage food laws and regulations. Products are prepared in a home kitchen when permitted under applicable law and may not be subject to the same regulatory requirements as food produced in a commercial food establishment.
Required product labeling and disclosures will be provided as applicable.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. However, because our products are handmade, appearance, size, shape, color, texture, scoring, crumb structure, and other characteristics may vary from product to product.
Photographs displayed on our website or social media are examples and may not represent the exact product you receive.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may change, discontinue, limit, or substitute products when necessary.
3. Ingredients and Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including but not limited to:
- Wheat
- Gluten
- Milk or dairy products
- Eggs
- Tree nuts
- Peanuts
- Sesame
- Soy
Ingredients and allergen information may vary by product.
Although we take reasonable precautions when preparing our products, our kitchen is not necessarily an allergen-free environment, and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.
Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, or other dietary concerns are responsible for reviewing available ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming a product.
Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about ingredients or allergens.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Dough’n Roll.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment problems
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Errors in an order
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We may change prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Applicable taxes and fees may be added where required.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider's terms and privacy policies.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many Dough’n Roll products require significant preparation and long fermentation times, order changes or cancellations may not always be possible after production has begun.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once ingredients have been prepared, production has begun, or the order is otherwise committed.
Special orders, custom products, and large orders may be subject to separate cancellation or deposit requirements communicated when the order is placed.
7. Pickup and Market Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed location and during the stated pickup window.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot pick up your order as scheduled.
Because our products are perishable, orders that are not picked up may not be eligible for a refund.
Dough’n Roll may also sell products at farmers markets, community markets, pop-up events, and other locations. Product selection, inventory, promotions, and pricing may differ between our website and in-person events.
8. Freshness and Storage
Our products are freshly baked and generally do not contain the preservatives commonly found in mass-produced baked goods.
Customers are responsible for properly storing products after purchase or pickup.
Any storage, reheating, freezing, refrigeration, or freshness information provided on our website, packaging, or communications is intended as general guidance. Actual freshness and shelf life can vary depending on temperature, humidity, handling, storage conditions, and the particular product.
Products should not be consumed if they show signs of spoilage or otherwise appear unsafe to eat.
9. Returns and Refunds
Because we sell food and other perishable products, we generally cannot accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind.
However, we want customers to receive the products they ordered in satisfactory condition.
If your order is incorrect, missing an item, damaged, or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us promptly and provide information about the problem.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Gift Cards
Dough’n Roll gift cards may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
Gift cards:
- Have no cash value except where required by law
- May only be used for eligible Dough’n Roll purchases
- Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization except where required by law
- Cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes
Expiration dates and fees, if any, will comply with applicable law.
